- Enterprise Management Console is a seperate software and login that displays entirely different menu, content, etc. It displays management summaries and reports that can improve management decisions for the organization.
- Each Center will operate independently with their own logins, and can only see their own database.
- Pre-Sales: Finalize pricing.
- The whole process to finalize Enterprise Accounts will take at least 2-3 days.
- Sales Step 1: Each Center should sign up for a free Center Edition 15-day trial, and can begin to input Family Data. Each account must have their own unique email address. (Obtain customer preference for Enterprise Account Email address, otherwise Tech Team will obtain a new GMAIL account for the customer.)
- Technical Step 2: There is a manual process to setup and create one Enterprise account per customer. Remove payment records from Center Edition, attach to Enterprise Account.
- Technical Step 3: Inform customer of new Enterprise account login and password. Provide account details.
- Customer Step 4: Customer should log into Payment Portal using their newly created Enterprise Account email and password; fill-in and complete payment information, plan selection (monthly or yearly) and - "Make a Payment".
